Unlimited design requests and revisions
Add as many design requests to the queue as you need, and I'll complete them one after the other, with unlimited revisions. Everything is managed via a private project board, so you can prioritise the tasks as you see fit.
Fixed monthly rate
The fixed monthly rate ensures there are no surprises. All work is covered in the monthly subscription - no more shopping around for quotes.

I refer to Baymard Institute's valuable UX research and guidelines when working on websites' designs to ensure they have good usability and convert well.
Log your requests any time of the day
After you have signed up for a plan, I will set up a project board where you can add requests, upload related files, make comments and more.
All design work is yours
All design work is owned by you once completed, and I can provide all the artwork files and related assets if requested.

Why a subscription?
If you have an ecommerce website, you're probably adding new content, promotions and design tweaks to it weekly. A subscription is ideal for this type of business as it helps spread the cost and gives you access to a designer/developer whenever required.
Websites need maintaining, auditing and improving, so there is always something that needs to be done.
What's the difference between your design subscription and others out there?
Unlike other design services, I also include development and website builds, so there is no need for you to go looking for a developer. You get everything under one roof.
Who is this service for?
This service is ideal if you:
- Are looking for a new website design and build.
- Already have a running website.
- Need a web designer/developer who specialises in ecommerce.
- Need page designs.
- Need graphics designing for your store, social media and advertising.
Do you do WordPress development?
Yes, WordPress is included in the web design subscription.
What does "unlimited design requests" mean?
Exactly that - you can add as many design requests as you need. But, if you put twenty requests in today, it doesn't mean they'll all be done the same day. I will work through each request one by one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing me at hello@ketanmistry.me. All I ask is you give me 14 days notice.
Which platforms/CMS's do you support?
I support Shopify, WordPress and static websites.
Can I use this service to redesign my current website?
Yes, you can! Bear in mind, that redesigning a website is not a quick process and it usually takes two to three months for it to be done properly. See my project process for more details.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
No. Due to the high quality and amount of work the service includes, I cannot offer refunds.
How quick is the task turnaround?
Each task is completed to a high standard, especially with page speed and core web vitals being important factors for today's sites. Small tasks can take 1-2 hours. Some jobs can take longer depending on the brief, but I'll notify you once your task has been approved.
How do I keep up to date with progress?
All tasks, time spent and communications are recorded and managed in a project board that will be specifically set up for you.
How many tasks will you work on each day?
I work one task at a time, and the hours are spread across the entire month.
Can I pause my subscription if I don't have a lot of requests to make?
Yes, you can pause your subscription by emailing me. The subscription will pause once the current billing month has ended.
